Fleeing Egypt, the Israelites found themselves trapped. The Red Sea lay ahead, Pharaoh’s army behind. Many lost hope. Moses turned to his people: “My Lord is with me. He will guide us.”
As the soldiers drew near, Moses struck the sea with his staff. The waters parted, revealing a dry path. The Israelites crossed safely. When Pharaoh’s army followed, the waters crashed down, drowning them all.
This event, told in the Qur’an and Torah, is a powerful lesson. God’s might creates a way even in despair. Patience and faith open the door to miracles.
Even today, standing on the Red Sea shore, one can imagine the parted waters and reflect on its wisdom.
